Limerix from Jim Hill

Christmas week 2007
(left to right) Sophie French (Abigail Mosley's daughter), Kristi, Redmond, Jeremy Hill and Patricia Claire O'Hanlon Hill
at Mike and Chris Burke's house in Florissant, MO.

Below are nice limericks given to Hill clan on Xmas 2007.

There lives a woman named Pat.
Her kids always know where she’s at.
She was born one of seven
All her siblings are in heaven
And now she naps like a cat.

As a leader in family genealogy
Holly used her degree in psychology.
Two daughters, and a son
A husband and Harley for fun
But a chili franchise? Oh golly jee.

Welcome to the world of Suzy
A woman both joyous and bluesy
Her three children are cute
And five grand kids to boot
Stay tuned Hill clan for more newsy.

Morton, you are king of the schmooze.
Art, friends, and music you fuse.
Like a light in the dark-o-
You bring life onto Arco.
And St. Louis, the city your muse.

Christine your fate’s always been
Connected to the Gemini twin.
An industrious worker
You are no duty shirker
And time with you is win, win .

James Hill, he is quite a man.
He always lays out a good plan
He’s quick on the take
His specialty is steak
On the beach he’ll not get a tan.

Carrie turned out real good.
The blondest babe in the hood.
From Cabanne came
You set Kirkwood aflame
Sister, you done real dood.

Rick is an entrepreneur
A musician dwells at his core.
His big German heart
Delivers more than its part
But your golfing? Watch out, Fore!

Mike Burke is a man of letters
With patches sewn on his sweaters.
Coffee’s his brew
And he’ll point out to you
The beauty of nature’s sun setters.

Kristi, a lady of grace
Of vision, of voice, and of face.
She keeps brother Jim
And her three sons, “not grimm”
In line with her artistic pace.

Phil is a man of style
Works hard everyday all the while
At work long before six
But manages time for some tricks.
And moolah, he’s got a nice pile.

Heidi, Holly, and Joe
Three Schaumberger kids on the go
Now they’re all grown
And the skills they have shown
Are from parents that go with the flow.

Derrick, Abbie, Hannah, you three
As children were sweet as could be.
With roots in Dogtown
Life’s led you around
Now families and books chart your tree.

Morton , Brendan, and Maude
Oh my gawd!
These whippersnappers three
Put Florissant on its knee
In the arts they leave audiences awed.

Jeremy, Christopher, Red
Three fine brothers it is said
Hip, handsome and bright
Stars in their own right
What joys the Pfister-Hills have bred!

Max, Madeleine, and Trudy
One dude and two gals of beauty.
They’ll sound an alarm
At the least hint of harm.
And oblige all requisite duty.

Kristi a lady of grace
Of vision, of voice, and of face.
She keeps brother Jim
And her three sons “not grimm”
In line with her artistic pace.
